  I have been going here for 2 years, between a dozen to twenty times total. I have always been pleased with the wash I receive. After the wash they spray your windshield (glass cleaner I assume) and towel dry. Today I noticed that there are terrible spots all over my two black mirrors and they do not wipe off. Obviously they sprayed my windshield and did not wipe off the over spray which ended up on my mirrors, which then sat in the hot sun all weekend and left permanent marks. You can see the trajectory, it is very obvious even to the most naive person that it is done from over spray of the windshield. I went in there and they denied it could be from them, stating that its impossible and to prove it he wanted to spray my car again, which makes no sense because of course spraying it on my car is safe, it's leaving it in the sun that ruins it. They (manager and employee) were very rude to me and laughing at me when it became clear that I was getting upset. Manager even refused to give me his boss contact information, he never gave it to me. He said "its like if I come in your business and ask for the owners number". Whatever that was supposed to mean.
  
  EDIT: This was easily repaired after buying and applying a oil/wax but I will leave the review to show how they treated me and denied what was very obviously their fault.
  EDIT: They seem to have quit spraying the windshield altogether and I can now recommend Carols.
